This is a column-like blog that talks about game meat, wine, and some of the thoughts of the owner.

At Tachikawa's hidden wild game restaurant and wine shop, we have a blog where we share information about the restaurant and the owner's stories to interest both first-time and repeat customers. We write about food culture, interesting events, wild game, wines from around the world, and more, so that you can enjoy French and Italian cuisine and wine.
There may be some things that you would like to point out, but please read it with an open mind.
